Booking Terms and Conditions
Dear guest, in order to ensure a pleasant and transparent stay, please read carefully the following terms and conditions regarding bookings at our agriturismo.
1. General information

2. Booking procedure Bookings can be made directly through our website, by phone or by email. Confirmation will be sent by email. A booking is considered valid only after the receipt of the required deposit.
3. Payments
• Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
• Balance: the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, in cash or by POS.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit cards and cash.
4. Cancellation policy
• Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations within 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged.
5. Check-in and check-out times
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Early arrivals or late departures must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional charge.
6. Taxes and additional charges
• Tourist tax: if required by the municipality, it will be applied separately.
• Additional charges: any extra costs (final cleaning, baby cot, pets) will be specified at the time of booking.
7. House rules
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
• Pets are allowed only upon prior request and confirmation.
• Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization.
• Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours during the night (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
8. Damages and liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or other guests. Any damage must be promptly reported to the management.
9. Force majeure In case of extraordinary events (natural disasters, technical failures, service interruptions, pandemics), the property reserves the right to cancel the booking, offering a refund of the deposit paid.
10. Personal data processing Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) exclusively for purposes related to booking management, guest reception and invoicing. For more information please refer to the privacy policy.
11. Acceptance of terms By making a booking at Agriturismo Li Guira, the guest fully accepts these terms and conditions.
